Requests for new user ID's on one or all of the 17 HPCC nodes, changes of passwords, installation of software, and granting of access to files and directories can all be made through the form on this page. When you submit your form, notification of your request is immediately and automatically sent to the HPCC Manager and System Administrator via e-mail.

There are a number of common problems addressed in the General Information and Help Sections of this Web site. Please consult those Sections before submitting an Assistance Request if you have encountered any of the following common problems:

• Your SSH client can't connect to the HPCC Worldly Node;
• You can't log in to an application;
• You need to check current cluster status;
• You need to know more about the HPCC hardware;
• You need information on how to develop a Web interface for an application;
• You are having trouble finding your way around the Web site; or
• The Web site is hard to read or use under your current browser settings.
